To make the transcription service easier, all you need to do is complete the enquiry box on this page and we will send you a link to a secure GDPR compliant upload facility. 

The digital audio files we accept for transcription are:

DSS, WAV, WMA, MP3, AIF, VOX, Olympus, Sony Recorder formats, and many others.

Instructions for upload of digital recordings

Uploading files to us couldn't be simpler.

Please include the following information in the 'Enquiry' box:

  1. Your name
  2. Email Address
  3. Telephone Number
  4. Enter the date you would like the transcription to be completed by, and then click 'send enquiry' and we will send you a link in order to securely upload the audio files.

I undertake to ensure all information supplied by my clients remains confidential. If you would like me to sign a confidentiality agreement, I will be happy to do so. I do not outsource surplus work overseas.
